A transcript is a comprehensive record of an individual's academic progress, including transferred undergraduate courses, credit earned by examination and degrees awarded. Your name will appear on your transcript as it appears on your university record.
UF will mail only official transcripts. Official transcripts include the university seal and the signature of the registrar. UF transcripts are printed on security paper that includes tests for authenticity. When mailed, transcripts arrive in sealed envelopes with seal and signature of the registrar across the back flap of the envelope.
There is a charge for transcripts, and payment can be made with Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Diner's Club from your personal device (smartphone, laptop, etc.). Payments are nonrefundable.
Please allow at least 10 business days for your request to process and mail.
Transcripts cannot be ordered by e-mail, telephone or fax, and they cannot be emailed or sent as PDFs. Transcript requests also cannot be held for printing at a future date.
If you would like to pick up your transcript in person, you may do so by selecting the "Issue in Person" option in the transcript ordering system. Your request will be ready for pickup on the 10th business day after placing your order, excluding state and federal holidays. You can pick it up at the counter in 222 Criser Hall, Monday through Friday, 8 am 5 pm.
UF transcripts cannot be released until all UF obligations are satisfied. Check your holds on ONE.UF to determine if you have an outstanding financial obligation before ordering a transcript.
Review your unofficial transcript first to verify that current-term grades, grade changes, etc. are on the transcript before you place the order. This unofficial copy is available for your immediate review, and you can also screen print a copy.
You must have an active GatorLink account to order an official transcript. Transcripts cost $6.00 each.
